The filmmakers attempt to explain how a functioning of Russian propaganda. They use archival footage, mainly with strong anti-Polish overtones, compared with contemporary material showing Rusian relations with the former Soviet republics and Poland. The narrators are two announcers: Denis Iwanow and Ilija Zmiejew, Poland-based Russian actor, journalist and reader for the Russian Section of Polish Radio. They take part in scenes which show experienced Russian lector who instructs a young adept, using old Soviet and Stalinist newsreels, how to comment correctly present political events in order to obtain the intended propaganda result.
