When a chain reaction reaches critical mass, it is like an avalanche. Marta and her fiancé Adam are planning their wedding. Their friend, Paweł, has just finished film school. One of them has already made an irreversible choice, which will lead to an unstoppable chain reaction and like the meltdown of the Chernobyl Power Station in 1986. This will lead to an explosion after which nothing will remain the same.

JAKUB PĄCZEK
Director and scriptwriter. Born in in Cracow in 1984. Graduate of Film Directing from Katowice Krzysztof Kieslowski Film School, and History of the Church from Cracow Pontifical Academy of Theology. He has directed several short films based on his own scripts. For “The 128^th Rat” he received The President of Polish Television Prize for Best Directing at The Cracow Film Festival.
