Forgotten hero Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski was a politician, engineer, and economist.  As a soldier in Józef Piłsudski’s Legions, he fought in the 1920 war between Poland and the Soviet Union.  When the Polish state was created following the First World War, Kwiatkowski served the country as a minister and a deputy prime minister.  His was a difficult life.  His son died in the September, 1939 fighting the Nazi invasion.  After the war, Kwiatkowski returned to Poland, but he was persona non grata to the communists.  This phenomenon of a man, whose initiatives are still the basis of the Polish economic life till this day, was ruthlessly eliminated from public life.  This film explores his story.
