SYNOPSIS
Alicja Albrecht discovers the unknown face of Polish Nobel Prize winner Maria Skłodowska – Curie. This is a portrait of an unusual woman, a tender mother, a loving sister. Film includes also a romance with her husband, Paul Langevin. With Madame’s unpublished letters, the story overflows with surprising details from the life of Maria Skłodowska and her loved ones. The excellent Polish and French academics speak well of the Polish scholar, as well as the granddaughter of the Nobel Prize laureate Helene Langevin – Joliot.
