The controversial film by Jacek Bromski is a political thriller that echoing the Amber Gold scandal. The story is about an investigation conducted by a high officer of the CBŚ, Nowicki, along with a group of policemen elected by him. The team’s mission is to crack out criminals building financial pyramid schemes with enormous coverage. All the evidence suggests the fraudulent businessman Kawecki can conduct an illegal business due to his political connections.

JACEK BROMSKI
Born in 1946 in Wrocław. Director, producer and screenwriter. He studied at the Fine Arts Academy in Warsaw, finished Polish Philology at the Warsaw University and Film Directing at the National Film School in Łódż. Co-founder and literary director of ZEBRA Film Studio. Member of Council of Polish Film Institute. President of Polish Filmmakers Association. Member of European Film Academy. Won numerous awards at the national and international film festivals. Recipient of Silver Gloria Artis Medal (2005), Order of Polonia Restituta (2011) and Gold Gloria Artis Medal (2015).
