Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski, zapomniany bohater, był wielkim politykiem, inżynierem i ekonomistą. Należał do Legionów Polskich Józefa Piłsudskiego i był żołnierzem wojny 1920 roku. Po rozbiorach zjednoczył Polskę i służył temu krajowi jako minister i wicepremier. Miał bardzo dramatyczne życie. Jego syn poległ w czasi kampanii wrześniowej. Po wojnie Kwiatkowski postanowił wrócić do komunistycznej Polski, ale został odrzucony przez ówczesny rząd i musiał pozostać w politycznym i społecznym nieistnieniu. Dlaczego został tak bezwzględnie wyeliminowany z życia publicznego? Skąd on pochodzi? Jaki był fenomen człowieka, którego inicjatywy są do dziś podstawą polskiej gospodarki?

Director and film producer. Born in Wejcherowo in 1956. In 1980 he graduated from Polish philology at the University of Gdańsk. In the years 1984-90 he was associated with the Film Studio “Kadr” and the Documentary and Feature Film Studio in Warsaw. Over the next year, he managed the Editors of Television Shows at OTV Gdańsk, and then became the program director of Video Studio Gdańsk, where he supervised the production of several dozen documentary films and television reports. In the years 1994-99 he was the director of the Television Agency of Theater and Film Production in TVP S.A. In the years 2006-2009 artistic director of the Polish Feature Films Festival in Gdynia. The owner of the Bomedia production company. A member of the Polish Film Academy.
